Sessions are typically on Saturday mornings (Thailand time) but other times may be possible.

Connection Call (45 mins)

This online session is an opportunity to connect with me to find out more about breathing retraining, ask questions, receive guidance, and to see what might be the best next step for you.

There is no charge for this session (and it is obligation free).

First Consultation (90 mins)

This online 90-minute session is your starting point to assess your current breathing related issues. I’ll explain some of the essential respiratory science, and together we will practice simple and effective breathing techniques to improve your unconscious breathing pattern.

Before our appointment I’ll email you an intake form to fill in and after our time together I’ll follow up with a daily practice plan, a supporting hand-out, and some helpful videos and audios.

Investment is NZD 150.

Follow up Session (60 mins)

This online session enables you to book additional sessions with me following your first consultation. It’s an opportunity to get further support, learn new breathing techniques, and ask questions.

Ongoing support will ensure you get the guidance and accountability to help you make positive permanent changes to your breathing to gain the long term benefits that are possible. We can also refine or adapt your practice to better suit you and your lifestyle.

You can continue to book follow-up sessions as often as you find them supportive.
